Our ambition is to completely automate the setup and maintenance of CRM data - and these features are a big step in that direction. Unlike traditional CRMs, Day.ai has reasoning and sources for all data, so that everything it updates can be verified for accuracy and completeness.
Custom properties
Custom properties let you tailor Day.ai's data structure to match exactly how your business works and what you need to track.
How it works:
- Define any data field you need - from ICP segmentation, to competitor tracking, to customer health summaries- without complex setup
- AI auto-populates fields by analyzing all your conversations, meetings, and existing data
- AI web agents actively search the internet to fill gaps in your customer data without manual research
What makes this powerful: Unlike traditional CRMs where fields exist in isolation, each property in Day.ai is aware of everything else in the CRM. This means Day.ai actually understands context - it knows when an organization is marked as a current customer that it would only be eligible to have upsell / cross sell opportunities created, as an example.
Custom properties are available now on Organization and Opportunity objects. Access them in table views or in "Custom Data" in workspace settings.
Table views
Views let you filter, group, and save list views of your data.
Use views to:
- Cut through data noise and focus on accounts that need attention right now
- Create custom workflows that match your exact sales and success processes
- Eliminate repetitive filtering and searching
- Build team-specific lists that show only what each person needs to see
Views are available on all tables. Start filtering and grouping a table, or build a new view from scratch.
Import
Migrating your CRM data just got radically simpler.
We've built intelligence into the import process to make it seamless with minimal spreadsheet preparation required. Day.ai import:
- Automatically maps your spreadsheet fields to Day.ai's data structure
- Enriches incomplete records by finding missing information
- Merges duplicates and resolves conflicts intelligently
