Tune the default custom properties
When you create a pipeline, Day.ai automatically gives you properties like Amount, Close Date, Goals, Challenges, and Risks – pre-prompted and ready to use. You can edit these prompts or delete them entirely. Get the best of both worlds: a great starting point that you can fine-tune to your specific use case.
Ask your Assistant: "Help me improve the prompt on the Amount property on the opportunity object". Your assistant will help you make sure that your amounts on deals are populated the exact way you want by AI.
Create a custom property with your assistant
We know this sounds a little too good to be true – "just talk to your Assistant and your CRM configures itself!" But this one delivers.
Your Day AI assistant can help structure your data right in a chat with you. Custom properties pull from all of your underlying data – emails, meeting recordings, Slack messages, web research – so you can get pretty creative with what you ask for. Tell it what problem you're solving, it recommends properties and writes the prompts. Then you test on real records, see the output and the reasoning, and refine through conversation until it's exactly right.

Favorite your most important views
Create custom views (filtered tables of your data), then favorite them to add them directly to your main navigation. Your active customers, your open deals – all one click away instead of buried in menus.
