Support for Microsoft: 0365 Mail, Calendar and Teams MCP
Microsoft Outlook teams can now use Day AI with the support of Outlook 365 Mail, Calendar and Teams MCP Connectors. If you’ve been wanting to try Day AI but were blocked due to not using Google Workspace, the time is now!
Your Agent can now access email, calendar and teams data via MCP. This works particularly well if you already use Gong or Granola for meeting recording.

Excel spreadsheet upload support: In addition to CSV, you can now upload .xlsx files directly to chat.
Upgrade request notification settings: Workspace Settings → Billing → Notifications, you can now control when you are notified about Agent requests from your team.
Sendoso connector (beta): Your agent can browse the gift marketplace, research recipients, send and track gifts, and analyze your gifting data.
Surprise Me skill: The Skill Library has a new Surprise Me skill. It digs through your customer memory for things you'd want to know but didn't think to ask about, checks them, and records them on a running page. Add it to any agent and point it at a focus area, or let it cover everything.
Slack bot and app messages: Messages posted by apps and bots in your Slack channels, like Gong, Salesforce, or alerts from incoming webhooks, are now synced into Day AI so your agent can use them.
Phrase search in transcripts: Searching a meeting transcript for a phrase with spaces, like "Day AI" or "pricing deck," now finds and highlights it.
Edit organization logos: Click an organization's avatar at the top of its sidebar to change its logo.
